"This cottage was an updated, cute New England style cottage. Lovely back deck on the water offered scenic views all day long. Kitchen updated nicely. A smoke alarm went off one night because of battery issues. The washer seal was very mildewy. Trash cans were full upon our arrival so we could barely get our trash into them as requested. The towels were a bit smelly and there were not enough hand towels. Overall we were very pleased! The owners just need to work out a few maintenance or property...

"Great place, very simple and well stocked for any needs. Lots of free streaming channels. Fans, AC and heat available to make yourself comfortable. By no means a concern with the stay itself but if you stay here i would recommend personal means of transportation. "

"We loved staying here during Parents Weekend at Roger Williams University. The neighborhood is very cute and within walking distance to much that Bristol has to offer! The cottage was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Bonus was the outdoor space complete with seating and fire table. Perfect spot for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. We will definitely stay here again in our next few years with our son studying at RWU."

"I thought this home would be perfect for my 2 kids, my son-in-law, and my 2 grandsons- and I was not disappointed. Our host Melba, and her husband Mike, we’re at the house the day my kids arrived, making sure the ice was cleared off the walks and driveway, making sure the heat was turned on, and leaving out a bottle of champagne! Overall, a great home to house my family for the holidays! "

"My husband and I stayed here while visiting family in the area for Thanksgiving. It was the perfect little cottage style house on the water. Beautiful views, great location for us, cute cafe nearby, stocked with fun board games, great back yard for our doggo, and a fire pit. Luke and Cori were excellent hosts! They were communicative and offered plenty of suggestions for the area! We had a wonderful stay and would stay again in the future! "
