"This is a great hotel just outside centre but only 5 minutes by tuk tuk.staff great and very helpful with trips, transport. Lovely pool area that is nicely shaded with nice pool temperature. Room large with all facilities, tv, AC etc and very clean"

"The staff went above and beyond on everything. The hotel amenities were amazing and the location is good. Rent a scooter and you can get around and see the city very easily. You must stay here, the customer service is the best and they are true life savers. "

"I am giving the hotel 5 stars even though there was one hiccup. They did not charge me upon arrival and then phoned the room at 9 PM to have me pay (for my five day stay.) I was awoken from a sound sleep after 29 hours of flying from Las Vegas, through Seoul and Hanoi to arrive. They could have collected from me in the morning. Other than that, everything was excellent. Breakfast was superb, staff helpful, pool super clean, they spray for mosquitos - I will stay there again on my next trip."
