"Check was a little bit of an issue and my husband and I had to come back 3 time to finally get checked in. We had a VIP room, which was just a view of the mountain. No microwave in the room. The Hot tube amenity was a flop as the jets barely came on and the water leave seemed low. There was another hotel that had kitchens and views of the Elk refuge that was cheaper. The grounds of the resort seemed to need some clean up, but maybe it was the season. None of the fire pit were kept up except...

"Clean comfortable room. Spent 1 night on a trip between Jackson & Denver. The front desk manager Carrie was exceptional. I had injured my ankle that day and she went out of her way to get me ice and assist me get settled. Thank you Carrie!"

"I loved staying at the Jackson Hole Hideout. It’s truly tucked away and getting there is initially difficult, but I love the location and I had some of the best sleep I’ve had this year. It’s like no life stresses can reach you. Lol I also loved the design of the hideout. Sometimes, you could hear the neighboring clients, but that didn't affect me at all. "Excellent place to stay for skiing. Steps to tram, gondola, and lifts. Great for when you’re dead tired after skiing and don’t want to travel far. It is a quaint, rustic hotel. Those looking for upscale luxury and spa treatments - not for you. Stay next door at sister property, Snake River.
