"The property was great! Nice touch with the free water bottles, bluetooth speaker and laundry detergent pods. Big building but also quiet in the residential areas. Nice size pool, cool community center. The only issue is the area behind the building where there is a lot of homeless by the train station. And the garage isn't gated and is public parking which can make things a bit uneasy with a rental car. Other than that the location is excellent and close to everything; downtown, Montross...

"Place was clean , it probably needs deep cleaning of carpet and balcony but it was fresh clean and safe. Owner was very nice and she responds fast and help with early check in . we booked for 5 days but stayed only 2 . I would recommend this apartment. "

"The unit is as good overall, and the biggest disappointment was the shower. Fix the floor. It created an unsanitary mental state since the water doesn’t drain completely. The place had character, kitchen was fully stocked with the necessities which was nice to be able to cook. "

"If you dont want to stay in a apartment with a stranger, then this is NOT for you. The person i shared this apartment with was cool overall but almost burnt down the plcae 3x, the sharable portable fan stayed in her room, not considerable for others who may need to use washer and dryer and dishes to cook in, and played her music very loudly! When i booked this room i saw nothing saying "sharable" or else i would have used my $590 somewhere else but once paid it was non-refundable. Be aware...

"We loved everything about this property. We love the beach so the tropical theme was great. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Terrific pool, quiet property, garage parking close to the room, nice neighborhiod. And close to MD Anderson. Will definitely stay again"

"Stayed here for visit for medical appointments. Apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would stay here again. Bonus that there is a parking pass so we could park on the same level the apartment was on. "

"We were in town for the Chris Stapleton concert and tgis place did the trick for accomodations! Basic, modern, comfortable. Easy check in and out. Very secure building! Two women traveling alone and this place was perfect."

"Amazing master suite upstairs made for a private delightful stay overlooking the water. All accurate as described with a massive backyard overlooking the water and a nice pool as well. Would stay again and recommend - nice walking trails nearby."
