"Everything was perfect with the exception of the lobby has no coffee and the restaurants are not open. If you want coffee early in the morning there is espresso in the rooms, but for regular plain old coffee could not find any but our stay was wonderful."

"Overall, this is a standard hotel but the way the person at the counter did everything possible to make me feel welcome was astonishing. The hotel itself has been recently refreshed and it looks clean and new but none of the activities were attractive to me on Easter bank holiday."

It’s in the best location of the city, the staff are super friendly and helpful, the gym and other facilities are great and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. I doubt I’ll even switch hotels when I visit Sofia (which I often do)! The rooftop bar is amazing too. "
