"We have family in a small home in Lago Vista. It's so nice to be a mile away in our own place when we visit. We enjoy the swimming pools, spectacular views and watching the deer. "

"A major concern and dangerous issue is the sliding doors. They don't lock properly at all and anyone can access the property at anytime. The front is surrounded by sliding glass doors and a few of them don't lock. The dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes from the previous renter. There is low water pressure in the showers and a broken handle on the first level shower. Exiting on the parking side the door can't be locked from the outside requiring tenants to walk around the block to get to a...

"Our family is a very active family in so many ways and coming to this home allowed us to recalibrate, relax and release! The home is very quality built and well taken care of. Loved all of the amenities and extras! You can tell management and the owners considered everything. We had tremendous views. Grateful for the sharing of this home."

"The house was great as were the grounds. The house lives bigger than the pictures. The bedrooms are a great size and the mattresses are fantastic. Stephanie is a great communicator and responds to every question. Five stars from us and we will look forward to staying there again"

"We booked this for a short weekend stay. The resort style island complex is great! Had a great meal in the onsite restaurant and enjoyed one of the hot tubs on a cold evening. The room apartment itself is dated and in need of some TLC. The couch has a big stain and the paint is fading and chipping. But, overall we enjoyed our short stay."

" This is a nice home and located near where we needed. Overall the house is very nice, was clean and stocked with things we needed. Parking was good. We would stay here again. A few criticisms: The door code was wrong but she fixed it pretty quickly. There were dishes in the dishwasher and cloths in the washing machine. Wasn’t a big deal but they had obviously been there for a few days. The upstairs shower didn’t get very hot. And we couldn’t find a way to lock the sliding back door which was...

"Swim park amenities are only open Thursday through Sunday - property description needs to be corrected! Oven was broken - reported to Vacasa but not repaired. No instructions regarding digital thermostats or entertainment system. Bottom Line - we will not stay in any property managed by Vacasa going forward. In addition, we would not recommend the Reserve at Lake Travis unless you plan to stay Thursday through Sunday."

"This a lovely place with amazing views. My daughter lives close to Spicewood so it was nice to have a convenient place nearby. There are no close hotels! Highly recommend. "
