"Was in the area for a baby shower. Perfect location, the shower was the neighborhood over. We were able to check in easily. The house was very welcoming and cute. The kitchen had all items except a stove, we had bought eggs for breakfast but did not end up cooking them. We spent the two afternoons outside to let the kids play, it was very peaceful. Our host was responsive to our issue with the heat, explaining how to set the heater and even brought over a portable heater just incase. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time we’re in Austin."

"This was the perfect-sized space with all the amenities needed. It was close enough to the convention center (short 10 minute walk), as well as the east side of the freeway I had not explored that had many more nice restaurants and bars than the busy west wide of sixth street. I was pleased with this an alternative to the expensive hotels closer to the convention center."

We were also surprised at how quiet the overall neighborhood was at night. The pool was a great place to soak at the end of a long, hot day of walking. Bed was super comfy.
