He is extremely proactive with communication to see to the needs of his guests and has stocked the common areas of the house with items for use or purchase. The rooms are spotless, and Louie is extremely polite and informative with suggestions on dining and sightseeing. You can tell he takes pride in his business, and he should! "

"I selected this lodging because it is literally the only place to stay in Ravenna, and because I like antiques. This B&B exceeded my expectations. It is lovely, comfortable, warm and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. I had fun exploring the rooms and taking in all the antique furniture and art and collectibles. "The hosts were delightful and very welcoming. The Rooms and bathrooms were all updated and very nice as well. The lower floor's asthetic was more cluttered, but I was told that they were working on remeding that. TBH, it reminded me of my Grandparents farmhouse. My wife and I would stay there again; my teenage daughter, not so much. "

"My son and I stayed here while in town to pick up a puppy. The home is updated and well apointed. The bed was very comfortable and the appliances were new. The backyard has a dog yard that is separated from the rest of the yard for folks that don't have dogs to enjoy. In the basement there is a washer/dryer as well as 2 dog crates and a basket of dog supplies, like a bed, towel, dishes and poop bags. I will totally stay again."
