"The property was clean, but we felt that it was cleaned possibly a week before our arrival and could have used a refresh. We would have liked to use the grill but it was not clean for immediate use and we had to make other plans for dinner. The only other downside to the stay was the mattress(s) in the 4th bedroom with the bunk beds. Both were very thin and uncomfortable. The guest ended up sleeping on the couch."

Cleanliness was not up to our standards, however, particularly in the kitchen and one of the bed sheets appeared not to have been washed. What was the most disappointing however, was the fruit/crop flies in the kitchen. We are michiganders and are used to bugs however the kitchen was infested. We had a difficult time cooking and eating because of them. My kids were very happy to return...

"A beautiful comfortable home with everything you need for a weekend away. My kids loved the game basement with ping pong, darts, foosball, and a giant Jenga! Well-appointed kitchen, lovely living room and beautiful view of the grand traverse bay across the street. Would definitely come back! Only downside was some traffic noise, but easily solved with earplugs! "

No complaints on the rooms except more closets would have been helpful since we were all going to a wedding and everyone had formal wear to hang up.
