"We wished we had chosen this place originally! We were definitely glad we made the change. The place was immaculate. Tall ceilings, large rooms, and views of the harbor! We love all things Northport and this just added to it. It was great being able to walk to the harbor, shops, food, and grocery. Some may think a negative would be the mail being delivered downstairs early in the morning, but that didn't last long. The spare room bed was difficult to get out of and was a little uncomfortable....

"The property was beautiful, clean and quiet, with an amazing view of the lake! The screened porch was a perfect spot for listening to the waves at night and enjoying a drink. Being able to bring our dog was an added benefit. I would highly recommend the property. Great place to relax and enjoy time with our family and friends!"

"My family stayed for two nights and everything was wonderful. Communication was excellent and the check-in instructions were thorough and easy to understand. The place was very clean and the bathroom was very nice. Good water pressure which seems like a small thing, but I have terrible water pressure at home so a really good shower while on vacation is a bonus! The beds were very comfortable, and despite the fact that I have sleep issues and usually wake up often, I slept surprisingly well....

"We had a nice few days in the garage studio apartment. The location worked well for our visit. It is about a mile walk into town. There aren't any streetlights for the last part of the walk, so be aware if you plan to return (by walking) after dark. "I have been coming to the homestead for years and renting this property was the best decision for my family of four! The condo was clean with new appliances, GREAT view, and the owners were easy to work with. They even allowed us to add on an additional day at the very last minute. Stonybrooks pool was warm and everything we needed. Short distance to the dunes, biking trails, lake, and restaurants. We plan to be back!"

"My wife and I stayed at the hotel with our dog in August 2024. The staff was attentive, helpful and very accommodating. Our dog had plenty of space to explore near the property as well. The rooms were clean and well appointed, as well spacious. The covered parking was convenient and the overflow lot near the hotel had an electric vehicle charging station which we appreciated. We’d absolutely stay here again. "

"We stayed at this property for a weekend. We had a wedding right in Suttons Bay and this place was perfect. It was far enough off the main drag that traffic and people were not a problem. It was quiet and peaceful. There was enough spots for everyone to sleep, we had a couple in the bedroom another couple on the bottom bunk, 1 kid on top bunk and we brought a blow up mattress for 2 kids to share and put on living room floor. Perfect spot for a family to enjoy a little R&R!! THANK YOU!!!"

"Condo was lovely and VERY clean. Gorgeous view. Sunsets were breathtaking. 5-STARS Access to property is literally 80 stair-steps up. All luggage, groceries and beach gear need to be carried up 80 stairs. There is no direct access to the beach. Down 80 steps with gear and then SIGNIFICANT walking paths to beach access. There is no place to park to access beach. There is a parking lot with a shuttle to the beach but it is not offered with this rental so be prepared to walk and carry...
