"On arrival the shower arm was broken , Tv didn't work at all for the whole 15 days we spent there, we literally watched Tv on our phone..2kids no tv and they were so miserable. Bed the worst ever, old sheets and pillows were like nothing to compare so small and uncomfortable. "The apartment was terrific. Location was convenient for me. The host was very kind and helpful. Everything was very good. I would like to give a 5-start review. Except for check-in and check-out. I flew into Stockholm with midnight arrival. But key is available several blocks away. And only until 10pm. Then, checking out, cannot leave the key until 9am. So, you cannot leave the apartment until then. For an air traveler on business, this is quite restrictive. And it requires carrying luggage...
