"The host is very nice and flexible with time. She's reachable by text. This is not a typical bed and breakfast. More like a room rental. You serve yourself breakfast in the kitchen such as toast and yogurt. This is deep within a gated apartment complex and not on the water. If you want a taste of living in Northern Rome, that would be a reason to try this out. It's on the 5th floor. "Not in a great location of Rome if you are a tourists looking to visit the sites as the closest site to see is at least a 15 euro taxi ride away. Advertise as a hotel but only 4 rooms and No real person on site when we checked in at 3pm so was all done thru messaging however there is no local phone to use to contact any sort of front desk, more like an airbnb. Asked for extra pillows but they didn’t have any so that made comfort of bed not good. Also tv did not work, there was no rooftop area...

"This is a upscale hotel at the north with great facility. The breakfast is particularly excellent with so much choices of delicious. Definitely recommend to include it for the reservation. There are restaurants which we enjoyed with better price in walking distance, as well as other stores for convenience shopping. Transportation to the city center is convenient, with the station behind on the other side of the block where we took urban railway to Flaminio and transferred the Metro. "

OLD FIXTURES, WHEN WATER COMES WITH A TRICKLE YOU CAN BARELY SHOWER, NO HOT WATER, WILL CHARGE FOR BREAKFAST, TORN DRAPES, DIRTY ROOMS, FILTHY PLACE AND WE ARE SUPRISED THAT THE CITY LETS THIS PLACE OPERATE!! "I wanted a hot bath at 12:30 am, but ran the hot water for 10 mins. with very little warmth coming out of the tap. I barely got in a warm shower, so I'm a bit disappointed with that lack hot water for all - at whatever hour."

"The staff were amazing from the Manager Alexandro to our day staff Alberto they were friendly, helpful and attentive. Great location with walking to grocery and services. You use taxi, metro, walk to anywhere in Rome. The house and suite are artwork themselves, hand cut parquet beautiful floors. AC,porch,a great retreat after a long day in Rome. We will be back "
