"Not in a great location of Rome if you are a tourists looking to visit the sites as the closest site to see is at least a 15 euro taxi ride away. Advertise as a hotel but only 4 rooms and No real person on site when we checked in at 3pm so was all done thru messaging however there is no local phone to use to contact any sort of front desk, more like an airbnb. Asked for extra pillows but they didn’t have any so that made comfort of bed not good. Also tv did not work, there was no rooftop area...

"NO WATER!! OLD FIXTURES, WHEN WATER COMES WITH A TRICKLE YOU CAN BARELY SHOWER, NO HOT WATER, WILL CHARGE FOR BREAKFAST, TORN DRAPES, DIRTY ROOMS, FILTHY PLACE AND WE ARE SUPRISED THAT THE CITY LETS THIS PLACE OPERATE!! It’s definitely NOT a 4 star hotel, NO PARKING, WiFi only works in the lobby area!! Crazy worst experience ever!! I travel a lot and this is not even worth a 1 star "

"I wanted a hot bath at 12:30 am, but ran the hot water for 10 mins. with very little warmth coming out of the tap. I barely got in a warm shower, so I'm a bit disappointed with that lack hot water for all - at whatever hour."

"I would stay here again. Safe and quiet. Also, the room was roomy (twice the size of the hotel room I stayed in in the city center) and not stuffy (so no ventilation issues, unlike the other place I stayed at). Some practical things to keep in mind: 1. An official white taxi from the city center to Suite Oriani, metered, cost me around 11 euros while an Uber (either a true Uber or the same taxi through the Uber app) would ask for 14 to 22 euros. So, maybe don't take Uber to the hotel since...
