"The hotel stay was OK. Rooms a bit dark and dated. Needs new carpet in bedroom. Several long black hairs on bathroom floor. Hand held sprayer in shower awkward to use, too low. Shower faucet and fixtures clunky. All personnel were great. David, the concierge, was excellent!"

"Overall cleanliness was good, though when I checked in I found a visible spill on one of the nightstands that had not been cleaned up (I cleaned it up). The biggest problem was in the second night, my sleep was interrupted at 3 a.m. by the smoke alarm chirping (indicating a low battery), and I wasn't able to get back to sleep for a couple of hours. Fortunately I didn't have to be anywhere that morning, so I was able to sleep some more and checked out later than I had originally planned. Other...
