"The part of town not good at all! Junkies on everywhere, using right out in the open. Also it would have been nicer to sit in the hot tub after traveling all day. The pool and hot tub were empty. Other than that I slept like a baby had coffee in the am and the restaurant the night before was excellent. The guy that checked us in was very nice and helpful. "

"Hotel was great. Water park was a lot of fun. Anyone who says this hotel is rundown is a snob. The hotel was charming and had character. Everything worked in our room and we had multiple pools to visit plus the water park. It wasn’t hot when we visited so it was nice the water was heated at the water park. No need to bring floats or towels. It’s all included. "

"I checked in with a gal named Kim, she was oh so very helpful . Later that night I needed dishes and the man working got those for me. Some people staying there were BBQ some food and eating at the picnic tables,this gave it a at home feel. It was very quiet in my room heard a dog bark once, no other noise issues. I didn't see any sketch folk like someone else said in their review. But I'm down earth and realize hotel isn't responsible if a sketch person walks through, that's probably why they have a great security team. So after a good night's sleep I went to waffle House on deervalley then returned to get my $100 deposit back, met the manager adason who was very kind. I will for sure stay here again if I need a room. "
