"We traveled to Phoenix to meet the newest grandbaby and were having issues finding a reasonably priced hotel nearby. We will absolutely consider this rental again on future visits instead of a hotel. We felt like we were in a home away from home. The available snacks and water were a nice touch in addition to the thoughtful baby gift left for us to take to our grandson. "This place is a 2 only because it is rundown. and falling apart. There were 2 large piles of dog feces at our front door and beer cans strewn all over the area. In addition to the ridiculous price I then see charge from you for your fee. Please visit the place before renting again."
