"The staff is amazing at this hotel and excellent service. The building is very nicely updated and they are making every effort to maintain it. Just location downtown meant that we did have several drunk people trying to get into our room by mistake but that isnt the hotels issue. They have one entrance to hotel from front lobby at night to try to keep issues to a minimum (I think?). Thisnis the second time we have stayed at this hotel. There is a slight smell of urine in bathroom and front lobby but it might just be a smell from a building that has been here for awhile. Again, well maintained building, clean and tidy. Excellent staff. Would recommend."

"Great value. Complimentary breakfast at in site restaurant. Thick towels, fridge, microwave and coffee centre in room. Beds are comfortable, lots of usb ports and plug ins for electronics. Great water pressure in the shower too!"

"Our stay went very well , the hotel was better than expected . The building has charcter and somewhat prestigious. Staff were so friendly. Breakfast was good , not too many options but was alwys hot, clean and delicious. Rooms are spacious and washeooms are roomy and elegant . Overall , we enjoyed our stay ."

"all good. Bathroom is small and the door is awkward, but it is an older hotel. Bathroom has modern amenities but it is small. Otherwise, the room was clean, and the hotel was friendly."
