"While this hotel is budget friendly it is very clean, beds very comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. Staff were excellent and were able to answer questions about the area and thankfully saved me a trip to the cable car as this was closed due to the weather. "Location is nice and convinient. Our room was nice and clean. Didn’t have soap in the shower but we found a housekeeping lady who replaced it. Breakfast was quite nice with lots of options! We didn’t get to try the evening meal because we were out. I had to do laundry and it is VERY EXPENSIVE at about $20 a kg!!! This is the only thing I really didn’t like about the hotel. No other options around town so plan accordingly! "

"Beautiful hotel. The lobby/bar is a fantastic space. The rooms are on the smaller side but we had a large bathroom. Breakfast før excellent. We were met with friendly and accommodating staff. Recommended!"

"We had a great harbor, sea & mountain view from our balconied room. The room, although somewhat small, was very comfortable with very nice decor & comfortable beds. Complimentary coffee/tea & espresso in the lobby was quite a nice feature and the breakfast was over the top excellent! The hotel restaurant was surprisingly quite good as well! "Our flight got canceled and led us to book this hotel. The staff at the reception was very kind to allow us to have the complementary dinner with the booking even thought it was one minute to the end of dinner time slot. We really appreciated her kindness as we have starved for the whole day. Rooms were spacious, bed was huge and comfortable. "The room while compact was nice and had a small table and chair. While we appreciate eco-friendliness, the toilet paper was really rough and nowhere to hang the hand towels. Best part was the varied breakfast spread and complimentary tea and coffee from a proper machine which is much better than an individual machine in your room."

"I had emailed in advance about early check in and understood it was based on availability. The rooms became available while I was sitting in the lobby. Would've been nice if someone had mentioned it to me as I was right next to them. That's my only complaint. Everything else was exceptional! "

"Very cozy mini apartments. Well stocked kitchenette (appliances, plates, pans, etc). Comfy bed. Next door to a large grocery store and centrally located. A laundry room was a plus. Nice gym that we didn’t use- no room for gym shoes in our luggage. Very secure with in-app key access to building and apartment. "
