"Based on whats available in the area this is the best hotel available. There are no elevators so lugging two heavy suitcases up to the second floor was a challenge. Staff was accommodating and willing to assist. Good location with restaurants and stores within walking distance. "

"Transportation from airport bus about 5mins , but still need walk another 5mins, but the bus a little bit expensive for backpackers. it situated just upfloor the train station. The staff was nice. The breakfast also not bad and can see the view of the train and the mountains."

Fantastic!

"I'm a single woman with a 10 year old son and we had a wonderful time here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The beds were super comfy, the room was lovely and warm. The quilts were really good quality down and little things like that make all the difference! My son and I loved the breakfast, a great variety to choose from. My son is really fussy so that's a massive compliment. The hotel was impeccably clean and I loved the body lotion in the rooms. The staff made the hotel amazing, it was good without but the friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help, really made our holiday. Thank you all at hotel thon polar. We had an amazing holiday and I hope to come back later in the year! "
