The location is perfect—central to Hobart’s best attractions, with easy access to Torist Information Center, Museums, local Hospital, Synagogue, Salamanca Market, the waterfront, and fantastic dining options. The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with thoughtful touches like comfortable bedding and high-quality amenities. The views from my room were stunning, showcasing the beauty of Hobart’s cityscape and surrounding hills. Dining at the hotel was a highlight—the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, catering to all tastes. The in-house restaurant also offered an excellent menu featuring fresh, local ingredients, which really added to the Tasmanian experience. What stood out most was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality from every team member. It’s clear that RACV Hobart prides itself on creating memorable experiences for its guests. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hobart and look forward to returning in the future. "I had to make a last minute change to my reservation, and Dave- one of the managers- was beyond helpful and kind, even though it was my fault I had to change the reservation. The hotel is a convenient walk to the Brook Street pier, where many of the tours pick up, or the tours will also pick up just around the corner from the hotel on Harrington Street. If you need to take a bus to Launceston, the Kinetic Bus stop is just 2-3 blocks walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family."
