I happened to be in Oulu when it was warm and the in room air conditioner that you needed to exhaust to the outside manually was one item that some may not care for, but I had not problem with. Breakfast service was a big mess with too many people. Not a great selection either. On season prices off the chart and completely not worth it. The only reason why we stayed was because there was no other option. "

I arrived onsite but could not check in, even after speaking to the hotel's management company and emailing a selfie and a picture of my passport from my wife's email address. I waited in the parking lot for an hour trying to check in but was not allowed entry. And the hotel told me that I had to still pay for the night. AVOID! "

"Our stay was exactly what my fiancé and I were hoping for! The room had absolutely everything needed for a ski trip. It had a spectacular view with both a hot tub and sauna. It was spacious, equipped with all the kitchen necessities, and was close to the rentals and gondola. Not too mention all the nearby restaurants and shops. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay."
