The Inn is in a reasonable location. The room was good & clean with a nice balcony and a beautiful lake view. The internet was a bit sketchy but reasonable. However, there was only 1 towel for 4 guests, the AC kept turning off and there was no response upon following up with the hotel manager for a solution which meant we had to spend a very uncomfortable night with young children. The curtains were thin & see through. On top of all of that, we are required to clean the room before we left as well otherwise, there was a minimum $50 charge.

The room looks recently renovated, The place is clean and neat, the checkin is smooth. The property manager is prompt to respond. The main drawback are the beds, too high and just sinks when sitting/sleeping. Not comfortable at all. The air conditioning is way too too noisy, it just sounds like a big motor right next to you.

The carpet in the room is old and smells bad. The air conditioner is a portable unit that makes a lot of noise, and there is no staff at the reception. The price for staying one night is fair, but if you're staying longer, it's better to find a different place to stay.

Lovely view, clean, comfortable bed. For a room listed as 'Delux'it was missing a few things. There was no where to hang coats. Only one light at entrance to the room, no bedside lamps for reading. Only one hand towel, face cloth for 2 guests. The high stools at the desk were very uncomfortable especially for seniors.

The place was okay, most of the hotel is closed, but a dozen or so of the rooms have been renovated and were fine for an overnight stay. View of the water, a small balcony. TV service was poor.

They are renovating this property bit by bit. Everything was clean, but the bathtub needed soap scum remover. It was the only thing I found dirty. It could have splurged a little bit to make the kitchen counter 10 inches wider so you can actually put something on it and the bed was extremely uncomfortable sheets and bedding were clean. Just stayed for one night which was fine.

We stayed at the Tobermory Inn and Suite in September 14-16. Checking was very smooth. We got the upstairs level with balcony with a beautiful water view. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The bathroom sink it’s a bit too small but wasn’t a big deal for us. It’s was a nice surprise that a room come with a mini fridge and a microwave. Hassan and his staff are very helpful and accommodating. Hotel is still under renovation. The only issues was for us it’s no closet or a dresser in the room and the front door has a big gap around the doorframe. Otherwise we had a very nice stay. We will definitely will come back next year.

This propertybis under renovations and the renovated rooms are nice and new however oit bathtub was dirty on the bottom and no shower pressure. The brd however was amazing and comfi..big balcony overlooking the bay. All in all it was a nice stay for the money. Hasan the manager was top knotch friendly and helpful.

The balconys and chairs were nice for a sunset and sunrise view. The property is ubder renovation so it is not fair. The staff made it as comforable as possible. Hassan did a great job!

I visited Tobermory over the weekend and stayed with family at this property. It is located at the farthest end of north peninsula. We were greeted by property manager Hassan who assisted us during our stay. Hassan went above and beyond and duly obliged with our small requests such as a kettle, ceramic mugs, mosquito zapper etc. We are thankful to him for making our stay comfortable. Our room was located on floor 2. Be mindful that there are no elevators at the property and we had to take the stairs. The room was clean. It features a mini fridge & a microwave. There is AC/heater in the room to control temperature. Our premium room had a balcony overseeing the waterfront. Parking is free and there are sufficient spots. The area is quiet and feels peaceful during the day but isolated at night. You may find some night insects attracted to the lights inside or outside your property. There are no dining options at the property but bunch of restaurants in the vicinity (Less than 5 mins drive) which serve good food. Overall a good stay and would recommend this property to anyone visiting Tobermory.
