Nous avions réservé en Janvier 2023 pour Juillet 2023. Nous sommes arrivés et la maison n'était pas disponible à cause d'un dégât d'eau survenu au printemps. Nous avons fait 10 heures de voiture pour s'y rendre avec nos enfants et notre chien. Jamais personne nous a téléphoné pour nous aviser que la maison n'était pas disponible et VRBO ne nous a vraiment pas aidé pour nous relocaliser. Après avoir trouvé une résidence sur Airbnb, VRBO nous mentionne par courriel aucune indemnisation car avons loué sur une autre plateforme. VRBO n'avait rien dans le secteur. Plus jamais je vais louer sur VRBO no personne dans mon entourage.Au moins nous avons été remboursé ce qui était la moindre des choses à faire. VRBO font de belles annonces et belles promesses mais ce n'est que du vent.En plus, suite à notre mésaventure la résidence était toujours disponible sur VRBO.

Nice option near Lion’s Head
Good location close to Lion’s head and a beautiful beach (sandy beach). Property management company was responsive and helpful.
