"We were in town for a wedding in Spearfish and decided to stay in downtown area, and chose this little cottage based on the reviews. We were not disappointed! We had everything we needed, easy parking, warm cottage with all the amenities. The locals are SO FRIENDLY! We LOVED the area, and definitely are considering a return trip for a vacation getaway to explore the region in a bit warmer weather. We will definitely stay at this property again!"

"Husband, son, and DIL stayed here for several days while antelope hunting. Hubby is very picky and when I asked how he liked the cabin, his succinct reply was "Excellent"."

"The house was exactly as described. We were notified of the construction next door but it was never a problem. We never heard the workers. We would stay there again. One suggestion is provide coasters for glasses to protect the furniture."

"We stayed in cabin #3 for the long weekend and it was just perfect! We called it our home away from home and it had absolutely everything we needed! The warm gas stove was cute, the big warm blanket was cozy, the hottub was relaxing and enjoyable. "What an adorable property! We arrived late evening but check in was a breeze and I couldn’t stop carrying on about how cute this small space was. Great for singles or couples. A short walk to Black Hills State University where we watched our boys run track. My favorite thing about Spearfish has got to be the rec walking paths. "We booked the stay and recieved all of the confirmation emails like we should. Had it scheduled and got a message to contact the owner prior to getting there so we could get instruction son how to get in. Took a few tries to get the owner but when we did we found out the owner had no idea we were staying there and the house had been closed and winterized.
