"Location: Wonderful. The property is licated in a quiet residential area with beautiful jomes. Its a short down hill walk to the city centre. Easy parking and easy to drive to from outside the city. "The continental breakfast supplies were excellent and very generous. The surroundings were very quiet. The bathroom was a good size. The full size fridge and washing machine were very good. Overall we found it very comfortable. Our only negative comment is that the standard of cleanliness was a little disappointing"

"Beautiful place, great ambiance. Our grandson loved the record player and amazing vinyl record collection. Very comfortable four poster beds. Sweet goodies awaited our arrival and a tasty breakfast served. Perfect!"

"Fabulous location. Short walking distance to festivale and shops. Excellent coffee and food at multiple cafes and restaurants close by. Generous sized rooms. Lovely new kitchens but carpets could do with an update, would make a big difference. "

Comfortable stay

"Hotel is in a great location, the room was spacious and very comfortable. Suggest you book a restaurant table for breakfast in advance as on the Sunday we had to eat breakfast in the cafe. The restaurant was full with large groups who were given priority. This was annoying as the restaurant had told us on the Sat night there was no need to book our table for breakfast. Disappointing service! The breakfast manager in charge just said the dinner staff shouldn’t tell people that and wasn’t apologetic, poor service we thought. "
