Apartment should have full written information about all building use and rules and wifi information. Long stay should included some complementary cleaning ....

"The place was filthy, with bugs, broken furniture, dirty sheets and towels. I paid for 8 days but left on the first day. I had to pay for a different hotel. Tried to call and communicate with them. No answer. I went there twice but they said only Expedia could solve my problem. I have lots of pictures that I will be posting soon. It was very disappointing. Hope I would get my refund because I didn’t stay there and had to pay again at the other hotel. "
