"Staff was excellent and very friendly. The hotel is very dated. The mattress and pillows were not comfortable. We requested two additional pillows because the ones provided appeared to be smaller than a standard size, we reserved a king suite, and they told us they had no extra pillows. "

"The room was fantastic. While the bedroom part was smaller than usual, having a small kitchen made more size than usual. I really appreciated having that kitchen. I also appreciated that the thermostat was easy to put up and down when needed. There was no elevator and I was on the third floor, which suited me fine but is something to know. "I really liked the location of the venue. I enjoyed that there was the ability to walk to ballpark village. That was really nice. I did not like the apartment advised that I would be able to see the downtown area. The only windows in the room looked out to a closed in courtyard. The room had only one towel, only one dish towel.
