"Expedia you charged me 75 plus tax for a hotel I could have gotten for 67. This is the worse hotel I ever stayed at. The room smelled like pee, I felt unsafe, wasn't that clean. The description is not what it actually looked like. 1st and last time using Expedia. "

"Right next to big, nice, modern shopping center. Room was clean. Exercise room was good. Lobby was nice. Staff were very polite, courteous , and friendly. One elevator seemed to go out on the last day, so that made things take a little longer, but not a huge deal. "

"There has not been one time I have visited 21c and not been impressed. The staff are so kind, the museum is always amazing, my fave restaurant is like 20 ft away, and the room is always so welcoming and comfortable! Only thing I wish they had was seats in the showers because I could literally sit in there ALL day! Thank you for an amazing, quick staycation!"
