"The unit itself was nice, clean and centrally located. It was great that there were air conditioning controls in each bedroom so you could set your desired temperature. The first night we enjoyed sitting on the balcony although the view was not the best I misunderstood the parking situation- it said parking available and on street parking which I thought it was free. The on street parking is metered and the available parking was a block over. Also in the description it wasn’t mentioned that...

"No complaints. This worked well as a hub from which to visit Decorah and surroundings (e.g., the Driftless Center, Pike's Peak Park, Dunning's Spring, the Fish Hatchery, the Norwegian Museum, Spillville and the Bily Museum, etc.) Local restaurants & the Food Co-op were good as well."

"Incredibly spartan unit. No where to put bags, no where to hang any clothes. Kind of a joke…small ironing board with no where to set it up but the bed. That’s all small potatoes compared to the SMOKE SMELL. It is permanent short of a hard core professional remediation. We paid for two nights got in very late on Saturday, left first thing on Sunday. Don’t do it. I can’t understand how they have positive ratings. "
