That’s all small potatoes compared to the SMOKE SMELL. It is permanent short of a hard core professional remediation. We paid for two nights got in very late on Saturday, left first thing on Sunday. Don’t do it. I can’t understand how they have positive ratings. "

"We would stay again! Traveled for college wrestling National Duals. Was a perfectly updated and comfortable place to stay! Access and on site parking were easy. The beds were very comfortable. The owner responded quickly with any questions. The location was wonderful with a Brewery across the street and downtown Waterloo restaurants blocks away. It was very cold so we drove. The UNI Dome in Cedar Falls was an easy 10min drive. Downtown Cedar Falls was also a fun city to dine. "
