"The price I paid, this was well worth the one night stay. There has been remodeling done in the bathrooms and window with having a padded area above the air conditioner/heater. Also, the floors look like they have been replaced in the room. Walking into the hotel, it is older and could use some dressing up, but for the price I paid, I am not complaining."

"The room was very clean!! The property was not. Not very many amenities. No coffee maker. The breakfast was small frozen muffins. Our door card was disabled at the start of our check out day. So that was an inconvenience. We put the “do not disturb” sign on the door. They came in anyhow while we were gone. Took all of our towels, used and unused. And replaced them with one body towel. Had to go to the office to ask for more. "

"The first keycard to the original room didn’t work so we were moved to another room. There, the toilet didn’t flush properly and the only available sink did not drain. There was hair all over the bathroom, there was no shampoo provided. Couldn’t wait to leave. "

"Location was great, very close to lots of dining and easy access to all the major highways. The room was clean, but in poor repair. The toilet was unstable due to missing bolts. And I had to take the top off the tank to make it stop running every time I flushed. The walls were quite thin, so I could hear conversations and dogs barking from other rooms. The staff was very nice, but my door key had to be reprogrammed multiple times. "

"stay away. Old, Dingy, peeing paint, the plugs didn't work, it had a broke down full size fridge, and a microwave on the top of it with a cord that didn't reach a plug that wouldn't have worked anyway. No towels or wash clothes except for the used one in the tub. It doesn't feel safe. At check in, the proprietor took a picture of my license with his personal phone. now im worried about that. "

"We were in town for a wedding at the Balmoral house. The house was close by and is located at a great location. At the end of the street (a few houses down) there is a paved trail that leads to a cute park (our toddlers have fun there for a few hours). The neighborhood is very quaint and quiet. The house was just as we expected and is very comfortable. We when we arrived to check in there was a crew doing work inside the house that threw us off. However, the owner was quick to respond to...
