"I love the property, waking up to nature was just what I needed. Was a bit concerned, as the locals walk through the property as a short cut to and from the beach. Questioned my safety being that the latch on the back door wasn’t the most sturdy. Another, concern was the path to the beach wasn’t in the best condition, cleanliness, clear path. "We called the day before check in and was told that the property was under renovations. Full payment was already made. We are awaiting a refund. We gave spoken to persons at Expedia who indicated that the host has to cancel the reservation first. We are still awaiting feedback and a full refund. Extremely disappointing. Property should NOT be listed and full payment take if under renovations."
