"The house was well appointed and had plenty of space for four people. Ample privacy as the bedrooms/bathrooms were at were at opposite sides. Great conveniences such as washer and dryer. A car is a necessity if you stay here as it in the countryside, but the area is quiet and peaceful. Everybody we encountered in the local community was friendly. We would suggest a toaster in the kitchen, but with all dishes, pots/pans provided it was a minor inconvenience. Our only complaint was the fact we had...

"We called the day before check in and was told that the property was under renovations. Full payment was already made. We are awaiting a refund. We gave spoken to persons at Expedia who indicated that the host has to cancel the reservation first. We are still awaiting feedback and a full refund. Extremely disappointing. "My cousin and i visited Trinidad for a 5 day trip. Nice cozy home in gated community. After long days of driving around and doing wildlife photos this was a great place to have to come back and relax. Comfortable, spacious, and quiet. Plenty of food, grocery and shopping right across from the entrance of the community. Community is right off the main highway. Easy to get east and west. Great AC units. Wifi and smart TV were great for Netflix/streaming and socials. I would pick this place again...

"I booked this home, after payment i was then alerted by owner that the accommodation isn't available due to renovations. He mentioned having another with no additional cost. I saw some pictures and decided to stay at the new place. However i inquire about the wash and dryer as it was one of the amenities and was assured that the apartment had these items. Having a private parking lot was a definite plus, especially in such a central location. The space was clean and cozy—perfect for a short stay.
