The Space:
Graham House has a bright and welcoming open plan kitchen and dining area. The light kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to prepare meals during your stay.
Enjoy your home cooked meals at the dining area which includes a wooden dining table with 8-10 dining chairs.
The cosy living room boasts two green sofas and a flat screen TV. Perfect to unwind after a day of exploring.
Head upstairs to the first floor and you’ll find four stylish bedrooms. All bedrooms feature a king size bed with crisp white bed linen to ensure you get the best sleep possible.
One of the bedrooms has a zip and link bed which can be changed to two singles, while one bedroom also has a trundle bed. These bed options can be set up for your stay upon request.
Each bedroom also has ensuite bathrooms which have a shower, wash basin and WC.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full cottage. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
There is private parking at the property for one vehicle.

Graham House is located in the beautiful village of Osmotherley on the western edge of the North York Moors. Ideal for walking and hiking, the area is popular for the Cleveland Way National Trail and the Lyke Wake Walk.
If you’re looking to escape the rush of everyday life, Osmotherley will provide a relaxing place to stay. Enjoy tasty fish and chips or head to one of the three quintessential English country pubs which all serve food and traditional ale. There is also a shop in the village if you need any supplies during your stay. Close by, you can discover the 14th century ruins of the National Trust's Mount Grace Priory or challenge yourself to a walk to the peak of Roseberry topping.
The local market towns of Northallerton and Thirsk offer independent shops, weekly market stalls and plenty of places to enjoy a cup of tea and a slice of cake.

There is a bus stop in Osmotherley so you can easily travel around the area via bus. Hop on the 80 - 89 bus service which runs to Stokesley with stops in Northallerton, Carlton in Cleveland, Kirky, Great Broughton, Potto and Hutton Rudby.
The closest train station is located in Northallerton and can be reached in 15 minutes by car. There are routes to Liverpool Lime Street, Newcastle, Manchester and Edinburgh.
