"We enjoyed our stay @ Safari Plains. Arriving we were received by such friendly faces. The Luxury Tented Chalet we stayed in were overlooking the field where the game came to graze. We enjoyed the morning & afternoon game drives with the well informed guide, Ben. On our first night we had an open air dinner prepared by the chef and staff, it was amazing! We most definately recommend a stay at this 5 star lodge it will be an experience you'll never forget. ALL the staff made our stay fantastic. "

"Tau Game Lodge is a positive experience, but I do think things can be improved for the price of the booking. Its a perfect location for the Instagram fanatics and the social media hungry, so can be little frustrating when you just want to enjoy the experience and others just want to post it. James our guide was very good and accommodated our young son for him to experience the safari through a shorter trip, as the main safari trips are 3 hours twice per day. "The room we were in had 4 burned out lite bulbs and a leaking toilet. When we brought this to their attention, 1 lite bulb was replaced, and the toilet not fixed while we were there. The food choices were limited and repetitive, and the flavors bland. Lots of wildlife, and the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. "
