"The house was beautiful -- totally up to date, had everything we needed and more, open floorplan was perfect for our group when cooking and hanging out, back yard was peaceful backing up to water in a "cul-de-sac", location was convenient to stores/restaurants, lake was very nice for our boating (tubing, waterskiing), host was very accommodating and responsive when I had questions. We definitely will be back!"

"We absolutely LOVED the Mavis lodge!! Incredibly cozy, AMAZING location, large yard ( hard to find on Wawasee!) and very flat lot. We will definitely be back...I teared up a bit when we had to leave."

"Very clean, nice lake cottage with great view of Shriner Lake to the front and Cedar Lake to the back. We did and early “Thanksgiving “ at the Lake and it was fine. Could use a few more glasses, plates and utensils … service for 4 was all I found and parking is limited 2 to cars but we brought disposable plates cups utensils. Netflix and wifi and 2 separate bunk rooms. Worked for us. We had a good time and owner very nice and communicated. Thanks!"

" The house was beautiful, backyard on the canal was very relaxing everything we could possibly need! Having the three bathrooms was a treat, house was very clean. The master bedroom is to die for will definitely stay there again.!!"

"My friends (6 adults males) stayed at the location and enjoyed it very much. The host provided pretty much everything we needed. Good AC. Fair amount of cooking supplies. We enjoy the location as there are two bar/restaurants in walking distance and there are multiple lakes connected here and a bigger one if you feel like going 7 miles. The only pause is that for adults the location really sleeps 5 unless you can get two adults/kids on a double bed."

"The house was perfect for our group. Nice kitchen and living space to gather in the evening to visit. Loved sitting on the patio by the water to play games and socialize, boats going back-and-forth to the lake very nice. Maybe a 15 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. The manager, Brian was always quick to answer any questions or resolve any issues. We all enjoyed our stay."
