"We had a week at Admiral cottage. First thing that struck us was how clean the cottage was. Thank you for the welcome goodies we both enjoyed them. We did live downstairs and did not bother with upstairs purely down to the stairs. We were very comfortable, beds are very comfy. Downstairs bathroom is a good size, shower is excellent. Kitchen well stocked with all equipment. "

"Wonderful chalet. Had a great Christmas stay in Beachside Cottage. Big dog safe garden overlooking the dunes. Lovely layout of house. Nice and warm and cosy. Cooked our Christmas dinner in the kitchen. Brought the table in from the conservatory to eat it. Bedroom are a lovely size too. Winterton is very dog friendly. Have stayed in Winterton many times. Would stay again in this chalet "

"Bright, spacious & in a lovely location. Perfect for 2 couples or family of 4. There were chocolates & wine on arrival. Uncertainty about check in details, because I didn't receive the code to the key lock. Luckily the property was unlocked & key was inside. Issue with guttering kept us awake at night due to heavy rain. The maintenance man attempted to fix it on day 1 & day 2 without success, but since we were only there 3 nights, we didn't bother ringing him on day 3. Also, nowhere to dry wet...

Parking is very tight, this should have been explained before we arrived late at night to find there was no way we would fit our vehicle in the small space offered, turning space is very limited too. The cottage is near a pub which seems like it is a locals pub who like to sing karaoke loudly Friday-Sunday, this could be heard when inside without any windows open. "We stayed the last weekend in January for my mum’s 80th birthday celebrations. We were lucky with the weather so used the rowing boat which was great fun. The place was perfect with enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone and everything you could need, including a large fridge and plenty of crockery. "Great little cottage.Struggled to find the key holders building as the sign is small, it was dark and very busy. The company with them Arnold Keys had a big sign that I did notice on the way in and would have helped to look for that.Had a problem with the shower and it was a new plug it needed and was sorted in couple of hours. "Loved the property and the living area and kitchen are bigger than they look in the photos, especially the living area. The location is close to a lot of lovely places to visit. The only issue I could see is the parking and I think this should be mentioned in the listing. We have a Qashqai and struggled to get the car far enough off the road to be safe without going into the ditch although it was very wet weather and the verge was very muddy. Also you wouldn't be able to have more than one car...

"Stayed at Two Cottages with my family and friends were at One Cottages! Our Cottage was really distinctive and both tasteful and comfortable plus the location right next to the beach was a real bonus. We were only there for a 4 day/night break but it felt a lot longer and James the owner was there to welcome us and was on hand if there was anything we needed (thanks James). Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking!"

"An update of the photos would be beneficial as the kitchen has been beautifully renovated. I found the property to be clean, comfortable and inviting, however, additional cutlery would be useful as the only ones available are plastic and children’s sized. Although out of the property owners control, a barking dog kept me awake most nights, but, for my dogs the property was ideal with even a stair gate to prevent them going upstairs. There is also a really useful courtyard area at the back."
