"Great stay at Hotel Jay, but lacking room service. We left our room each day at 9:30am and not once was it cleaned. We had to ask for towels just to have cleaned ones and they weren’t even going to pick up the dirty ones until I asked them to remove them. 5th time staying here and will be back but they need to housekeeping staff. "This an excellent two bedroom ski-in ski-out condo right just a very very short walk to the Grammy Jay trail. The condo was recently refurbished and is very quiet being on the top floor of the building which nice views out both sides of the unit. The host was excellent and provided great check-in and check-out instruction and stay information. Our party of five (4 adults and 1 child) stayed in the condo very comfortably."
