"Words can't describe how amazing this home was. I'm a bit of a neurotic cleaner, and my family laughs that I typically have to clean and sanitize every rental we've stayed at in past, but this home was spotless. First time ever I was able to unpack and just relax. We were steps from this gorgeous private beach where we snorkeled almost every day. Skates, sea turtles, rainbow parrot fish, stingrays everywhere. We were also on the very quiet and natural side of the island near all the beautiful attractions. It's pouring right now as we prepare to leave . I'm actually glad because I'm not sure we would have left if it was another sparkling day. lOl! Thank you Laura for being such a lovely host and sharing this paradise. "

"The house was perfect for our group of six. Separate rooms with their own bathrooms. The screened in porch was great with lots of room. We used the pool and pickleball court. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We were there in February, no bugs or mosquitoes while we were there. I would recommend seaside and would come back."

"We could not have asked for a better place to stay for a week. The location was perfect; away from the hustle and bustle of the city and perfectly located on the Northside to get us to all of our Island adventures easily. The beach, pool, amenities, and ease of access was exactly what we had hoped for. The house was comfortable, decorated thoughtfully, and had everything we needed and more! Would absolutely recommend Mahogany Point to anyone we know visiting the island and we are really thankful we stumbled across this gem. Thanks again for sharing your home with us!"

"I recently enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing week at this property. I was already familiar with the Rum Point and Cayman Kai area and picked The Retreat specifically for its location. This unit was exactly as depicted in the listing and met my needs very well. The large lanai was one of my favorite features and I spent many pleasant hours out there reading. I also utilized the pool and fitness room daily, and almost always had them to myself. The kitchen was well-stocked with condiments and cooking ingredients, as well as utensils and pots & pans. I also enjoyed the cable TV system as well as the additional streaming services that were provided. Stephanie was a delightful host - very helpful and responsive when I had questions. Bottom line, I was so satisfied with my experience that I have already booked again for next year. "

"Beautiful home right on beach. Everything was clean and had ample space. The weather was perfect, February is a great time to vacation here. Caretakers were available to ask questions and recommendations.
