"Ease and comfort. Property exactly as described and reviewed by others. Key for our family was comfy beds, good view, nice kitchen, paddle boards, and good snorkeling. We were on scuba dive vacation. We have always stayed north end of 7 mile beach and looking to explore north and east side. "We LOVED every minute of our stay! Amazing location and the villa was spectacular. We wanted for nothing. Everything we could possibly need to enjoy our trip was provided; floats, snorkel gear, coolers, beach towels, fully appointed kitchen, etc. Great beach just steps away. "Spent 10 days at the house. Very close to the airport and downtown for shopping, restaurants and markets. Enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards. Snorkeled out towards the breakers and it was very good. House is beautiful, had everything we needed to enjoy some quiet time. Patricia and Tricia were awesome to deal with. "It was a great stay. The unit was right next to the pool and we didn't see anyone in the pool all 5 days we stayed. We explored the island during the day and lounged at the pool at night. The kitchen is well equipped and we had no problem preparing meals. I had read reviews about the AC being locked at 75 degrees but this was not a problem. When you are at the beach all day, coming back to 75 degrees is great. And there are ceiling fans throughout the unit. I would definitely stay there again."

"This was a last minute booking due to hurricane milton. This place was great. They accommodated an early check in. Check in was easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels. Very sweet security guard on the property. Would stay again."
