"It was nice and quiet which is what I needed at the time. The room was comfortable but on the second floor and the elevator had no A/C. Thank goodness the room did. The chair at the desk in the room was nasty as well. Otherwise staff very nice and accommodating. "

I asked again after 30 minutes because i saw that 2 people ahead of me were allowed to go to there rooms, yet i continued to sit patiently.
