"Cozy usually is interpreted as “small” but for Jay and Sandy’s Cottage, I mean literally cozy. It’s plenty of room for 2 couples, with 2 large bedrooms, each with a bath, and big combo kitchen/LR, and outdoor space. "Overall it was a great stay! The thermostat only had heat or off options, the bedroom on the left gets extremely hot quick due to multiple air vents in it. The beds need an upgrade, they were not very comfortable. Even a mattress topper would make them better! The place was very clean & had everything we needed for our stay. The area the property is located in is not gentrified but seemed quiet, safe and was conveniently close to the highway. If you want to stay in a "cool" neighborhood, look to Federal Hill or the East Side of downtown.
