"The room was clean and the amenities were good. What made this an amazing stay was the staff. After voicing a noise concern created by other guests, we tried to get our room location changed. Unfortunately, the hotel was booked and the staff was unable to accommodate us. We asked if it was possible to get a refund. "We stayed in a two bedroom and loved it! Room was clean and comfortable. Every person we spoke to in the hotel was friendly. Breakfast area was clean and had multiple options. The only lower score I gave for cleanliness was the hallways needed to be vacuumed. The pool area was clean but hot tub was not working correctly-was hot but jets not working. "

"I was pleasantly surprised when I walked through the door with the charm of my surroundings. The common areas were beautifully decorated and amenities were easily accessible and attractively displayed. I was delighted with my room. Very cozy and comfortable. I had a fireplace, large TV, jacuzzi tub, desk 2 chairs and a large bed. The tub was very nice and the heated robe was a bonus! Breakfast was amazing! I will be staying here again!"
