"Great access to nearby bus route which was ideal for tourism. The bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had all the basics and was very nice. We were greeted via doorbell in a friendly way and given a code for our room upon arrival via text message. On the way to the B&B, there was an accident in the middle of Linlithgow cutting off all traffic through the town and I had no idea how to get through to the B&B. "Great family run place with nice rooms and a covenient location. This place is great if you're renting a car or not. It's right by the train station that goes to either Glasgow or Edinburgh, but in a small-town area so that if you have a rental car, it's easy to manage. Lots of sights to see nearby. Great Scottish breakfast on request! Nicola is an excellent cook."
