"Front Desk or the F n B staff are very friendly and courteous. With the new arrival of the F n B Director, looking forward to see more positive changes. The arch shaped desk in the newly renovated rooms are not very functional. Desk should be attached to the wall. Now things easily dropped onto the floor. "It's not on a main street but there's a shuttle every 30 min to Dolphin Circle where there's shopping mall, food, spas, etc. all in a walking distance. Staff is all super friendly. The bed and pillow was super comfortable. The cleanliness was 4 out of 5 because of unclean toilet. "

"A lovely spacious hotel in the middle of Pattaya. Beautifully kept grounds that are a joy to walk round. Very large pool that caters for everyone. Deck chairs and parasols layed out well. Very peaceful hardly able to hear the traffic outside of the hotel."
