"We spent 4 nights at this lodge between 28Dec-1Jan and it was excellent. From check in to check out the process was seamless and we had everything we needed. Lodge was cozy, clean and warm and the bathrooms had actually been updated so were newer and nicer than the pics. Area was lovely and quiet. Had a carvery at the Cider barn restaurant about 5 min drive away and we drove into Weston Super Mare (20 mins) and got wristbands for the pier and did ice skating. "We had a fabulous 4 night stay in this lovely lodge. So impressed with the standard of accommodation. Everything was finished to a very high standard. Plenty of room for lounging together, also having a TV in each room meant you could chill away from the group as well. "Amazingly spotless, lots of room. Every room had a wow factor. Our first stay in a luxe Lodge and it didn't dissapoint. Slight issue with ants on the last day after the grounds maintenance but it's expected and spray was provided. Hot tub clean and ph checked every day. Reception were happy to help when we realised the first aid kit was missing and there was a cut finger. Brought it round straight away (in their defence we did decline the final check of the housekeeping team as we arrived...
