Free WiFi, The unit itself is a wow. It accommodates up to 22 persons and is laid out in 3600 square feet on three floors. The Ambassador Villas located in the OD Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach are very special units. The owner of this unit has strived to create a comfortable and appealing space for the perfect vacation. Unit features a 65" flat screen in the main living area, 32 inch flat screen TVs in each bedroom, a 55"smart TV in a second floor living area and a nook on the 3rd floor with bean bag chairs and HTML cable for the kids to plug in an Xbox, PlayStation or any other device for is operated with HTML cable for gaming platforms.

Ambassador Villas is located directly on the oceanfront but the views from the condo are side views of the ocean as the unit itself is on the side and only has a limited ocean view. There are interior stairs to the second and third floors as well as the building elevator that also goes to the second floor. The main floor has one bedroom (Q) with a full bath just outside the door, and beyond is the living room, dining and kitchen... there is a private balcony off of this floor. The second floor has the kids TV nook, and 3 bedrooms (K,2Full, 2Q) each with its own full baths. There is a private balcony on this floor, and the third floor has the last 4 bedrooms and the laundry room, 2 (K,K) with private bath and 2Q, 2TW) that share a bath.. a 3rd bedroom with king has a full bath and the other 2 bedrooms share a full bath and also has a private balcony

Unit is rated Well Maintained and Comfortable.

Ocean Drive is known as the Shag Capital (SC state dance) which originated in OD in the 50s and is danced to the local beach music. Beach music and the Shag is still danced in the Beach Clubs located a short walk away on Main Street. Main street is a mix of unique shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, and beach ware shops all situated in the very quaint aura of Ocean Drive. In the past few years they have just re-opened the OD Pavilion and Amusement Park. It is the only oceanfront amusement park in the area. It is smaller sized and very family oriented. It is for sure a don't miss.

The home DOES NOT ALLOW SMOKING NOR PETS and HOUSE PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED!!! WE DO NOT ALLOW CHAPERONED GROUPS OF ANY KIND..

(This property does not allow boats, trailers nor motorcycles. You may ONLY have parking permits for up to 4 vehicles. Also pets are not allowed nor is the discharge of fireworks from the property, nor is the use of laser pointers.) UNIT DOES NOT ALLOW SMOKING AND IS DESIGNATED A NON-SMOKING UNIT. This unit has a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age and the booking is to a group of individuals then all persons in a group have to be over the age of 25 years. This does not apply to mother and fathers with children albeit in those cases the parents must be over the age of 25. Rental Agreement is required! As the property has only one elevator it may not be a good choice for persons that are handicapped as the elevator could go out during your stay.

This place was everything it said. We had 4 families stay and there was plenty of room. Loved the easy access to the beach and enjoyed our time in the pool and hot tub. We made use of the grill provided for a couple of meals. We all enjoyed the easy walk to shopping bars and restaurants.

The checkin process was super quick and convenient, and the property was spectacular! We had no complaints about the property. We have one family member in a wheelchair and the property was easily accessible for him, with lots of room to maneuver inside. Easy access to the beach for everyone, and all the amenities we needed.

We feel everything about the listing was accurate! The only issue we had was parking but we knew that prior to booking. There is a parking lot across the street that you can pay for daily parking. We enjoyed having beach access! We will stay here again!

The villa was spacious however a lot of steps to climb. Right on the beach and easy access to the ocean. Parking was very tight. The villa could use some care and updates however we enjoyed being together as a family and staying with each other. We would consider staying again as a family.

The unit was clean and as it was described online. We were contacted by management to see if we wanted to check out early to avoid the 8/30/2023 Idalia storm. We declined and enjoyed going through as a family.

Parking is tight! Very noisy (on the street side of the unit) at night. Rooms don’t have anything but blinds, so very bright in them.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just stayed at the rental for a family vacation. We had 14 guest and the villa was more than spacious for all of us. The house had everything we needed for our stay. A few small appliances could be updated like the toaster had no knobs, the coffee cups were more like tea cups but that was so minor it didn’t make the trip any less perfect. The place was overall clean and the beds comfortable. Wish they had a larger hot tub but atleast they had one. The beach access was close and perfect. Only thing that needed a little help was the windows were hard to open and shut and the doors needed to be dead bolted because if a gust of wind came thru the doors would fly open. But my family had a very memorable and awesome trip.

This was a nice property for a large family vacation! The beach was beautiful! We really needed additional parking…that’s the only issue as there are no affordable places to park near by. We had HVAC issues and property management was very responsive. The issue was fixed quickly.

We arrived a couple of hours early and were able to check right in. The Villa was very nice and large just like it was described. Only problem was that we were not notified that the pool was closed and this was a bit of a problem considering we were traveling with (8) children.

A very spacious condo
Overall the property was good. Plenty of room for my family. The only thing that could be improved would be the condition of the condo. Not as clean as it should be and there were a decent amount of repairs that need to be done to the property. Our stay was still great and the property was what we need to make our vacation.

The property is beautiful. Size was just right for our group. Very close to the beach. We did not find the sauna while we were there. The only minor episode was the shower curtain bar spring was broken in one bathroom and kept falling down on one lady ( this work order was called in). Thank you for allowing use to rent from you.

Great location and beach access
The property was in a great location situated for easy beach access. There was plenty of sleeping room and eating room. We thought the indoor den area wouldn't be enough, but it worked out fine for the number of people that were in the house at one time. Only four parking spaces was not great for the number of people that the condo would hold, but we made it work. There were a few minor items, like the drawer front panel pulling off and the clothes drier not turning drying well and not turning off.

Not enough parking spaces
Everything was excellent! Except that for a 8 bedrooms place, 4 parking spaces are not enough. I know it was memorial and and bike weekend, but when we booked this nice villa, they told me that were not motorcycles allowed and when we arrived at the property after driving for five hours, our parking spaces were taking with three motorcycles in each space. They should have someone checking their parking lot. Other than that, everything else was great!
