-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

You will love this condo!
The condo has a beautiful view of the beach, was very clean and well-equipped, and the furniture was comfortable. The pool was clean and the pool deck was well-maintained. I would rent this one again!

Great location
It was small but really all we needed space wise. The couch is uncomfortable to sit on even for a short rime. Laundry is $2 in quarters to wash and another $2 to dry. You get 2 bathroom towels for the week. Perfect ocean front location.

Perfect Stay
This condo was perfect for my little family. It was me, my boyfriend and our two daughters, 2 and 12 years old. Everything was clean and there was a beautiful view of the ocean. Only problem I had was the outside hallway light could be seen in the bedroom when I was trying to sleep and I sleep better in complete darkness. However, it was not a dealbreaker so I would for sure stay again. We used the laundry room multiple times throughout the week to help keep things cleaned and not bring home dirty clothes and swimsuits.

Room with a View
First vacation in 45 years with just my wife and myself. Ocean and beach views phenominal with two nights being absolutely breath taking as the full moon lit up the ocean. Condo was perfect size for the 2 of us.

Great view, great location, close to great food and fun. Never drove more than 10 minutes the whole trip to get anywhere we wanted to go! We could leave the room and be on the beach and relaxing in less than 5 minutes, including setting up our chairs.

Property was very nice with a gorgeous ocean view on the 9th (top) floor. Great location for the events we were attending. Elevator in unit which is great for unloading luggage and luggage racks were in garage for use. Pool was closed for repairs but we were advised prior to vacation. Negatives: Smaller bathroom than expected and exterior light is on all night and shines in bedroom. Would highly recommend this unit and would book again.

We enjoyed the apartment. It was the right size for two people and it was so nice to be right on the beach. I smelled a persistent smoke smell in the bathroom ( my husband didn’t) but if we left the bathroom fan on it went away. It wasn’t a huge problem so overall we’d come to SC again.

Beautiful view of the ocean and beach! Great accommodations in a perfect location. Nice clean pool and covered parking. We loved it and spent as much time as possible on the balcony soaking up the view (when we weren’t down relaxing on the beach of course)!

Location was good. It seemed when it rained, water collected inside the unit by the front door. Furniture and bed seemed worn-neither was comfortable. Otherwise, it suited our purpose-which was to spend a couple of days at the beach. Not sure if we will rent there again, or find another place.

The room did not seem to have been cleaned thoroughly. It felt more like a surface cleaning which was disappointing since everyone pays a cleaning fee. The bedroom felt cramped due to the location of the dresser at the foot of the bed. View was great The rocking chairs on the balcony were a nice touch. Unfortunately the people next door were smokers and we could often smell smoke coming into the bathroom through the wall. Same smell that would come over when we were on the balcony at the same time as the neighbor.

Fun after Ian left North Myrtle Beach,
A very nice condo, but a little small. Great view and access to the beach. Issues with the tv were upsetting, but finally learned how to use it. Larger wattage in light bulbs would have made it nicer.
