"The property was as described and it was clean. The dressers in two of the bedrooms were badly stained and the master bedroom could use a fresh coat of paint. The shower heads in all the bathrooms need to be replaced as they just blasted you. The day we arrived, I called the after hours number with some questions, needs and to give them an update of how we found the property, stains marks and scuffing, and NO ONE ever returned my call which was very disappointing. We also had no hand towels...

"We came to celebrate our November birthdays and wanted something different. It was exciting to see the condo looks exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and very tastefully decorated with all the pretty beach decor. The shower was amazing! We did a lot of fishing and cooked it in the condo, it was very well equipped with everything we needed. I will say I was a little hesitant with sending my ID and info via text to Big Fish Rentals but the process went very smooth. I do recommend ...

"Place was fine for what we needed. Not high end but not low end either. Although the property is a little bit dated, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The amenities were definitely family focused. The location right on the beach and the middle of the island was as good as it gets. Overall we had a positive experience and would recommend this property for families."

"We stayed here for a local baseball tournament with our family of 7. Four adults (including two grandparents), and three children 13, 10, and 6. The access to the unit was incredibly convenient. It's the third floor, so up off the ground, but on the same level as the top of the parking garage which made it super easy to unload/load, and even better for grandparents! We stayed early November and the weather was mild/perfect. The balcony provided a great retreat for a sunrise and to look out...
