"Hotel is nice. Parking is bad. The guard at to let you into the hotel parking lot is never there.Had to wait for him to let you in or out. Hotel is located into a complicated scheme of small narrow streets and is hard to get to it by car or park your car in the front door to check in.Front desk polite but not very friendly. No valet service. Breakfast very good. Restarant waiters polite but not friendly. Dinner was good. Very expensive hotel. I feel that you don't get what you paid for especially for what they have to offer. Overated. !!! "

"This is not a 5 star hotel. Expidea advertised AC in the rooms. They tuned it off because the season is over. When the sun beats on the window its 85 degrees. Now way to cool the room. Advertise they no AC in the off season. Would not have stayed. The beach bar is closed. So is the restaurant. We ate at Romeo and Juliet the first night. No one was there. Empty and the server looked irritated we walked in. After ordering and being served a salad, he left. Went home. Told the bar tender his wife was downstairs and walked out. Unprofessional! We never went back again. The breakfast staff was just as bad. They were speaking about how bad it was a guest took 3 egss. Who cares?! My wife is Romanian and listen to your very rude staff. There was only one gentleman who was very polite and greeted us on the last day. I didnt get his name but he should be comended. The beach staff is just as bad. First off they weren't out on the beach at 11am. Lots of people waiting for the doors to be unlocked to get cushions. And expecting a tip. Some guests paid, others didn't. And expect to walk to the gate to get down to the water. The shuttle is seasonal as well!!! They wont let you drive and park by the closed restaurant. Even when the front desk clerk said it was ok. Such a waste of time and money!!"

"Stayed for 5 nights for a beach wedding. This is a great hotel and impeccably clean. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable and we both got great sleeps. The pool and spa were great and breakfast was good. Really happy and would definitely return. "

"The hotel doesn't exist, I was scammed, I had the worse experience, when I arrived in there the there it was another hotel called portobello and to hear that this hotel does not exist since one year. Fortunately I been told I will get my refund by Joaquin A after so many calls and being on the phone with many agent, I hope I will receive it soon, but the experience was bad ruined my holiday as I was with two young children on the street my holiday had transformed in a nightmare and I had to spend extra money to go back the same night.
