"Room was smaller than presented in pictures and dirty. Also had a lot of ants. Room smelled like cigarette smoke and curry. Staff were not very helpful and did everything possible to not provide transfer to airport. They didn’t seem like they wanted to do any work. Surrounding area was dirty, filled with trash, and cramped. Nothing at all like what was showing pictures or described."

"The room was totally different than what’s advertised here. A garden view room has literally NO view at all. Welcome drink was served in a cracked glass. Bed pillows were very uncomfortable. Basic toiletries were not there in the washroom. The tap water was disgustingly smelly. No consideration about hygiene. Not going to recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, the hotel advertises that it has a private beach where as none of the hotel at this particular island has a concept of private beach....

"I booked a room with half-board. Breakfast is ordinary, but the buffet dinner prepared by the chef, Saiful, is just excellent. The Inn is less than 100m away from the beach. The stretch of beach is quiet and has nice tree shades right at the water edge. There is no sandfly on the beach, which is a great blessing to beach goers. "The staff of this hotel were very nice. However, it’s not worth the money paid. The breakfast was an egg, a few pieces of oranges and apples, two pieces of white break and a mini hot dog. I had to go to the neighborhood supermarket afterwards to get additional nourishment. The bed was as hard as a rock. Very noisy room with sounds from the traffic below. But the staff, again, made the day. Extremely friendly people. "
