"We were pleasantly surprised. It was a lovely stay. Good nights sleep, quiet and safe. It does need updating but it was clean and comfortable. Shame pool and gym is only open in the morning. We couldn't go after checkinh in. 20 min walk to town. Not so bad for the price. "

"We were only here one night, but I loved staying in this flat! It was a real insight into how people live their everyday lives in a city the size of Oxford. Manu was excellent about communicating with us and made sure we would have no trouble finding the flat or getting into it. I wish we could have stayed here longer, and I would definitely reach out to him again if I ever travel back this way!"

The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "Small but charming room. Tends to be warm on the rare sunny days, opening the windows helped when there was a breeze. Very nice and courteous housekeeper. Approximately a 5 minute walk to grocery store, 10min to High Street and 25 min to train station. Overall a great stay!"

"Although the apartment was spacious, comfortable & well-located, our experience with a broken front door lock and bad customer service from the property management, StayBeyond, made the stay terrible. Due to a faulty/bent front door lock, we had to sleep one night with the front door unable to close and barricaded with furniture. The repairmen were unable to fix it and promised to return in the morning. It took much convincing to get StayBeyond to send them in the first place, but we were happy...

"I liked the bedroom with mini fridge tea/coffee making items. I liked the large shower and the fact it was quiet and warm. I didnt like small cups i think mugs would be better. The extractor fan in bathroom didnt work, there is a little mold around the shower tray. The bathroom floor needs grouting in parts. The garden is a big eyesore full of weeds etc not useable for anyone staying. The whole property was spotlessly clean. I had no english tea bags in my room but found some in the kitchen...

"A lovely 2 day break at the lakes, so peaceful and relaxing. Spa is great too and we pretty much had it to ourselves most of the time. Food in the tipi was also great, would have liked to have seen some more sweet breakfast and healthy options though. It would also be great if there was an on-site shop to buy any groceries/essentials to save having to drive elsewhere."
